Q: Can I save my details and look at my previous orders?
A: Yes; You need to create an account to do this. Just go to “My Account” and fill in your details to register.
Q: I have forgotten my password.
A: You can use the “Lost your password?” link on “My Account” or at the Shopping Cart checkout page. You`ll need to enter the email address or username you registered with. A link to reset your password will be sent to you.
Q: Is payment secure?
A: Yes we use Paypal over a secured encrypted connection.
Q: What payment types can I use?
A: We accept major Debit and Credit cards or Paypal.
Q: How long will I have to wait for my order?
A: Standard turnaround is 5 working days to produce and dispatch  (Monday – Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays). We are flexible and customer satisfaction is paramount to us so please call us on 020 8687 9234 and we will be happy to help and ensure we work with you to meet your expectations.
Q: How will you deliver my order?
A: Most orders will be dispatched by overnight courier & small items we use Royal Mail 1st Class, ALL specific TIMED URGENT ORDERS are dispatched by a next day courier service.
Q: Will you tell me when my order has been despatched?
A: Yes we`ll send you an email to the address you used on your order.
Q: The courier called while I was out – will I still receive my parcel?
A: The courier should leave you a card stating they tried to make the delivery; call the telephone number on the card to re-arrange the delivery with the courier company. If the courier tries to make the delivery and fails 3 times, your parcel will be returned to Printwell. There will then be an extra £10 charge to re-send the parcel.
Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: You can cancel by email to printbubble@printwell.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order and we will normally refund you*. We suggest you reply to the confirmation/invoice email you get from us as this will have all the details on it.
* Once any production process has started the order will not be refunded in full.
Q: I don`t live in the UK – what is the cost of delivery?
A: Delivery details are based on standard UK addresses. However if you live outside the UK or in Ireland, the delivery charge which appears will still be based on a UK delivery. Delivery charges for addresses outside the UK and Ireland have to be calculated manually and our customer support will try to contact to advise and take extra payment before your order is processed. 
Our site is designed to work with Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox. If you are using something else the site may keep crashing.
If you are using one of the above, it may be your internet connection, in which case try another computer to see if you have the same result.
